Terms of Service

Service and operator

Loop is operated by 濂創網路行銷有限公司. It provides website support, team conversations, and AI or translation features when enabled. You must be authorized to register on behalf of an organization.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide a valid email, protect your credentials, and manage team access. Impersonation, quota evasion, spam, malware, and unlawful or rights-infringing content are prohibited.

Free plan and availability

The Free plan has no monthly fee and does not automatically become a paid plan. Seats, inboxes, and usage follow the plan shown at registration and your workspace settings. AI or translation awaiting activation is not immediately available. Paid services require separate pricing disclosure and your agreement.

14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription

Effective October 19, 2026.

Request a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your first successful subscription payment. Available once per workspace owner account across all workspaces; deleting or recreating a workspace does not reset eligibility. Renewals, upgrades and separately purchased credit packs are excluded.

Email support@loop4.app from your account email address within 14 days of the first successful subscription payment, including your workspace name and order reference. Eligibility is determined when your request is received, not when support finishes processing it. This guarantee covers the first Team or Business subscription, without deductions for days used or a refund processing fee.

Once the refund is completed, the paid subscription and future renewals stop and the workspace returns to Free. Applicable data retention rules remain in effect. Issued invoices will be voided or adjusted as appropriate, with an email notification. Bank posting times depend on the payment provider and issuing bank.

After 14 days, you can still cancel future renewals and use the remaining paid service period. Other refund requests are reviewed individually by support. This guarantee does not limit your statutory rights.

AI and human review

AI and translations may be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs for their intended use and provide human support where needed. Do not rely on AI alone for medical, legal, or significant financial decisions.

Content and responsibilities

You retain rights to your content and authorize processing necessary to provide, maintain, and protect the service. You are responsible for lawfully collecting visitor data, giving appropriate notices, and obtaining required permissions. Our Privacy Policy explains processing.

Retention, export, and termination

Keep separate copies of important records. Where a plan enables cleanup 90 days after resolution, open conversations remain subject to attachment capacity limits. Applicable cleanup rules will be disclosed before taking effect. Contact website support to request termination, export, or deletion; we verify identity and applicable retention obligations.

Changes and suspension

Maintenance, failures, or third-party services may interrupt availability. We may restrict features or suspend accounts for abuse, security threats, or unlawful use, with reasons and a review channel where practicable. Material changes to terms or plans will be notified in advance through the website or account contact channels.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without excluding mandatory legal rights. Contact 濂創網路行銷有限公司 through support at loop4.app to discuss disputes. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law.
