LINE support integration for your team

Loop connects LINE Messaging API channels so your team can manage customer messages in a shared workspace. LINE is available on Free within the plan’s inbox limit.

What do I need?

You need administrative access to a LINE Official Account and its Messaging API channel, plus permission to configure Loop inboxes. LINE determines its own eligibility requirements and service fees.

Connection workflow

Add an inbox in Loop and choose LINE. Follow the setup screen to configure channel credentials and the webhook, then send a test message from your LINE account and confirm you can reply. Enter credentials only in the setup screen; do not share them in public documents or support messages.

How does a team use it?

Demo: a customer asks a brand about delivery through LINE. An agent receives the conversation in Loop, assigns an owner and leaves a private note. A teammate can continue with the conversation context.

Are LINE messaging charges included?

Loop plan allowances are separate from LINE Official Account messaging allowances. Check LINE fees, delivery limits and policies separately. AI and translation also require activation in Loop.
